If you are a beginner, then you might be confused about the guitar type that you should get. There are three main types: classical, electric, and acoustic. If you notice your rental guitar is not playing well or facing some other issue, you can visit our store. Our technicians will fix basic issues at no extra cost. However, if there is accidental structural damage while in your possession, the cost for repair will come from your deposit as outlined in our terms.

Delivery in Bali can be very fast, sometimes even the same day. Outside of Bali (in Indonesia), the usual delivery time for your order is between 8 to 10 business days, based on your delivery address. However, it may vary depending on your location.
